Other sites such as Digg, delicious, and Kaboodle does not have the same structure of the group that Facebook and Twitter. However, they still retain the ability to connect users of the Internet and its Web site with links, comments, reviews, and votes. As most of these websites are free, a good way to use them to expand your business is through social networking media. Some ways that this type of networking can help are through referrals, testimonials, that increase your visibility. Most likely comprise your core group in a social site for the establishment of a network of friends and family who understand your business. However, as each have their own unique group of followers who now have an increased likelihood of discovering your company.
By posting a comment about their products and services or posting a link to your site, your entire group will now receive this message directly. The social networking media is essentially free, word-of-mouth, advertising! These sites also have the ability for you to receive immediate feedback and respond and interact with their audience. This personability builds a link between you and the customer, ultimately letting them feel comfortable enough to do business with you in the future. Above and beyond to reach a larger audience and to develop a good reputation, social networking media also has the ability to increase visibility to those outside his extended social network. The more links, votes and comments associated with your Web site, the higher your rank on search engines. One can spend countless hours and marketing dollars and still not achieve a ranking high enough to appear on the first page of a search engine.
